Once upon a time, in a far-off, and oft-mispronounced town, there lived a young girl. She had a loud voice, and one day, her parents decided to give her a guitar. She took the guitar, and looked upon it, and lo! she wrote some songs. She decided that the most sensible thing to do at this time was to forsake the world of 9 to 5 and become a lowly musician. Several years later, she actually did.

Maddie has been singing and making noise for a long, and somewhat irrelevant amount of time. She started writing songs as a teenager, and has been gigging and recording as a solo artist for several years. Her musical upbringing included bands, shows, orchestral playing, improvisation groups, choral singing, jazz groups and many others besides. Since obtaining a music degree she has persued her solo career full-time, along with performing with several bands, and often invites musicians to join her for one-off performances. Her latest recording is the Let It Out EP, and she is gigging extensively - particularly around South Wales, Bristol and London. She plans to record again later this year.
